A certified project manager (PMP®) with a background in pharmaceutical engineering and factory design and management, Valerius heads up the project management team in Europe. His focus is on building and developing resources to continually improve efficiency and optimise performance when handling large or complex projects.
Valerius uses his technical understanding to brief delivery teams on all aspects of a project, including its processes and ultimate goals. This involves supporting project managers across the business, and reviewing engineering designs from a cost, time and benefits perspective, in order to guarantee the right solution for the client.
